Product Advantages:
1.The brush inside the suction cup is made of wear-resistant nylon brush wire, which has super cleaning ability and long service life. It is replaced every 500-800 hours according to working conditions. The cleaning motor and roller brush are connected by a chain, which is easy to adjust and does not slip.

2.The chassis is modified from the Dongfeng Dolica EQ1075SJ3CDF type II automobile chassis produced by Dongfeng Motor Corporation. It has stable performance and strong load-bearing capacity. The chassis has a spacious and comfortable cab. Its gearbox, control system, beam, suspension structure and other major components are modularized, lightweight, and super-strengthened. It is currently the most advanced and reliable National VI emission commercial vehicle chassis in China.

3.Secondary cleaning: the first cleaning is for dust and particles on the ground, and the second cleaning is for the built-in reverse spiral brush to rotate the garbage and large pieces of garbage stuck on the ground through the reverse spiral brush. 5.The filter cartridge group is suspended vertically, which is conducive to pulse cleaning and gravity sedimentation. The filter cartridge base material is imported continuous long fiber spunbond polyester that is oil-proof, waterproof, and weakly acid-proof, with a filtration accuracy of 0.5μm and a filtration efficiency of 99.99%.

The filter cartridge dust removal adopts the "CAN bus intelligent control electric pulse + Venturi blowpipe" high-speed compressed air dust removal and cleaning method, which improves the efficiency by more than 40% year-on-year.

The dust removal system is equipped with real-time monitoring and digital display of wind pressure loss and safety protection devices, which are convenient for operation, monitoring and maintenance, ensuring that the dust removal system operates in a reasonable dust removal matching range.

6.The engine takes power to control the hydraulic transmission alone, and the dumpster can be tipped and unloaded by starting the auxiliary engine. The operation is practical and simple. The superimposed electromagnetic hydraulic valve group is highly integrated, neatly arranged, and easy to maintain. The main hydraulic pipeline is a precision-drawn seamless stainless steel pipe, and the pipeline joints are all made of soft and hard seals. It is beautiful, reliable, durable, and completely solves the problem of oil leakage.
